Finally tap on connect wait till connected
Conclusion: both plans don't have a cap limit but the estimate is below
1hour plan is capped @ 2GB for 50 Naira, 3hours plan is capped @ 8GB+ for 130 Naira. (Base on feedbacks)

Use this to fix your connection issues
airplane mode TRICK
One and off airplane mode for few minutes wait till it gets connected
Network mode switch to 3G network and apply airplane mode on/off, then try to connect. Then switch back to 4G network and reconnect again
Or use a new sim
