REQUIREMENTS TO SHARE YOUR ANDROID DEVICE VPN CONNECTION WITH OTHER DEVICES
1. Android device (for running you different vpn tweaks)

Before we proceed to the different steps used in sharing the vpn connection please read the following steps well
Assuming you have connected your vpn on your android device please enable the following before sharing the connection
PREVENTING YOUR DEVICE FROM SLEEPING ( VERY COMPULSORY)
Why did i say it is very compulsory. Once your device screen sleeps (screen going blank) the app will stop working and connection will be terminated
HOW TO PREVENT THIS?
METHOD 1 ( THROUGH STAY AWAKE)
. Go to phone settings
.then go to system settings
. finally got to developer option
. scroll down you will see STAY AWAKE just activate it
This method prevent your device from sleeping while charging your device
METHOD 2 (APP PREVENTING DEVICE TO SLEEP)
This function is not available for most device
. Go to settings
.Go apps/installed applications
.Click on pdnet app
. select permissions
. select prevent device from sleeping
.activate it
This method prevent device from sleeping as far the application is still open
finally you can proceed
LAUNCH YOUR PDNET APP AS SHOWN BELOW (BASED ON WINDOWS)
CLICK ON WIFI DIRECT HOTSPOT
YOU FINALLY SHARE YOU DEVICE VPN CONNECTION USE THE BELOW STEPS TO RECEIVE IT ON YOUR DIFFERENT DEVICES
1. HOW TO SHARE YOUR VPN CONNECTION WITH WINDOWS DEVICE
On any Windows computer/tablet:
With PdaNet Desktop app installed (get 5.0 from Download PdaNet+), on Windows click on the PdaNet tray icon and select "Connect WiFi..." from the menu to connect to your phone.
2. HOW TO SHARE YOUR VPN CONNECTION WITH ANOTHER ANDROID DEVICE
Follow these steps to connect any devices that run Android apps, including tablets, Chromebooks and carplays.
On Android tablet/device side install PdaNet+ from , then open and tap "Connect to a PdaNet Hotspot" to connect to your phone.
During the first connection please allow VPN to be started.
3. HOW TO SHARE YOUR VPN CONNECTION WITH IPHONE/IPAD DEVICE DEVICE
Please be aware that some iOS apps may not recognize proxy connections.
On any iOS device open WiFi Settings and tap the
Swipe up to reveal proxy settings:
HTTP PROXY: select "Auto"
URL: enter Join Network: enter password shown in PdaNet
4. HOW TO SHARE YOUR VPN CONNECTION WITH MAC DEVICE
On any Mac computer or tablet:
Open Network settings and select the WiFi adapter, click "Advanced" and then "Proxies":
Check "Automatic Proxy Configuration"
URL: Click "OK" and then "Apply". Now connect WiFi to "DIRECT-KM-Nokia 2.1-PdaNet".
You need to undo proxy changes after done with Hotspot.
OTHER DEVICE CONNECTION
Officially WiFi Direct mode only supports computers and tablets. However if the device you are trying to connect has a proxy settings then it may still work. Just set proxy address to 192.168.49.1 port 8000 while connected to the WiFi Direct Hotspot. (See instructions for Chromebook for example.)
If you have access to a Windows computer, you can also connect PdaNet from the computer using USB mode first, then enable "WiFi Share" in PdaNet to turn Windows into a WiFi Hotspot. Then you can connect your device to it.
