So the good news is that you can browse freely on your 9mobile using tunneltweak Vpn but capped at 80mb daily.
If you have more SIM you can just switch, and remember you can use the 200mb even if you have 9mobile pak plan, it won't be touched.

Note:it may not connect at first try, just do
airplane mode or off and on your data by retrying it consistently, it will work that's patience is required!
